Intellectual Property Asset Workshop (in English)

Are you a startup or SME looking to innovate, in the energy sector?
Join us for an engaging and informative workshop designed to help you navigate in the universe of Intellectual Property including patents.
The event will be in the form of a workshop where the participants gets to think about important parts of Intellectual Property and can reflect on their own cases.

Target Audience: Startups, SMEs and researchers eager to develop innovative energy (or other) solutions. Whether you already have hardware or software inventions, or are considering forming a new company, this workshop is for you!
Goal: Workshop including information of important items to think about regarding Intellectual Property. You’ll have the opportunity to map out your ideas and think about what is important for your innovation going forward. Plus, you’ll create a personalized checklist to guide your next steps.

Speakers

Niclas Uggla, Zacco 
Niclas is a European Patent Attorney with 30+ years in IP. He has worked in‑house and at patent firms, supporting companies from start‑ups to global actors in securing IP rights, mainly in telecom and energy, and advising on IP strategy and portfolio development.

Martin Tranälv, Zacco
Martin is an attorney at law with 30+ years in IP. He has worked in courts, commercial firms and IP firms, supporting clients from start‑ups to large companies in securing rights, portfolio work, strategy, contracts and disputes, including complex trademark and patent cases.
